In 1999, we were one of the departments in a governmental company in Zhenjiang city. With the 2003 reform within government, we co-founded this new company for tools, and started the process of development for diamond tools, circular saw blades and HSS drills. Now we are an integrated enterprise, located in Zhenjiang city to the west of Shanghai with 2 and a half hours by car. Now we incorporates technology, research and development, manufacturing and marketing, and two plants for T.C.T. saw blades, diamond tools and HSS drills.

Besides, we have also built a strong relationship with many other outstanding enterprises to extend our products so as to forge strong alliances together to achieve mutual goals. We never stop our steps to study, test and improve all the products, and always try our best to provide the best solution for global clients.
